At the heart of every neighborhood is a crossroad, where families work, play, learn and grow.

This convergence of streets is simple on the surface but has hidden complexities, just like people. In the same way, Datatude operates at the intersection of social services and technology, helping those helping families.

There is a unique challenge in tracking people because families and circumstances are complex and always changing. We are social workers and technology experts who design and implement data management systems for social service agencies. The results are enhanced program service quality, improved fundraising, and liberating social services experts so they can focus on what they do best – helping families.

Program Evaluation

At every stage, service programs need quality evaluation. Choosing the right evaluation methods with appropriate measurement tools is imperative to the success and usefulness of your evaluation. Good evaluation methods and tools will help you assess the concerns and needs of your clients and will therefore help you deliver more effective and efficient services that address these concerns and needs.

No matter what type of evaluation you are considering, needs assessment, accreditation or quality assurance, cost/benefit analysis, effectiveness, efficiency, formative, summative, goal-based, process or outcome evaluation, Datatude, Inc. can help you formulate and carry out the evaluation to meet your needs.

Program Effectiveness

To continue services over the years, programs need to show their effectiveness. Stakeholders want to know that the program in which they invest time, money and support, does have the impact promised. Program evaluation can also help your stakeholders to better understand your intervention, your clients and your desired outcomes. When a program can express in tangible terms observable change that can be measured on a consistent basis, they prove their credibility and ability to serve their clients. A program evaluation can provide the evidence of success.

Program Improvement

By conducting a program evaluation, you can also gain the information needed to continually improve the design and/or implementation of your program. Program evaluation can help you to evaluate the utility, relevance and practicality as well as assess the merit, worth and value of your program. Datatude, Inc. can help you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your program so you can improve your program’s effectiveness and efficiency. A program evaluation can give you the necessary information for making critical decisions that affect your clients as well as the existence of your program.

Quality Assurance

Program evaluation can also investigate how closely your program holds to the fidelity of any model program you are replicating. This can be especially helpful when you are seeking accreditation from a credentialing body. When you choose to undertake specific modifications to the model to meet your local community’s needs, you can use evaluation data to demonstrate the effectiveness of those modifications. You can also obtain the information necessary to compare strategies and make decisions between them as needed. Finally, program evaluation allows you to document your intervention so, when successful, it can be replicated elsewhere.
